I understand that completed digital products are nonrefundable and that orders already in progress may be subject to a design fee based on the work completed.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests must be submitted through this form as soon as possible. Orders canceled before design work begins may qualify for a refund, minus any nonrefundable payment-processing fees. Once research, communication, concept development, editing or design work has started, the refund may be reduced based on the work already completed. Completed, approved or delivered digital designs are nonrefundable. Custom products that have entered production cannot be canceled. Submitting a request does not automatically cancel an order. Customers will receive an email confirming whether the request was approved and the amount of any applicable refund or credit.
